Pain free for the first time…

“I just want to give you an update on my health. It's been almost six months since you gave me the epidural in my neck and two and a half months since the PRP injections in my back and arm. I'm very happy to tell you that I'm pain free for the first time in over a year! I did no lifting or exercise the month of December, started Tai chi and physical therapy exercises in January and two weeks ago started working out with very light weights. I'm optimistic that I'll continue to be pain free but if the pain(s) return, I'll schedule an appointment with you. Relief from chronic lower back pain

“I have been working with Dr. Ganong to resolve chronic lower back pain that resulted from a mountain bike crash back in early 2021. I sought treatment through my primary care network, consisting of many office visits and three outpatient procedures, without achieving results. Physical therapists were able to help with strengthening, but the pain was always present.

Dr. Ganong was able to accurately locate the source of my pain and perform diagnostic confirmation. In addition, her office worked with my insurance to cover portions of the treatment. I am excited to return to the same level of training and racing that I enjoyed before the injury.
