Stem cell BMAC (Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate) injections involve extracting cells from the patient's own bone marrow for in-office injection.
Bone marrow is concentrated in areas like the pelvic region. Cells are extracted from the rear of the iliac crest, then centrifuged to create a concentrated solution. This is injected during the same appointment, and ultrasound guidance is utilized for precision.
